Fluffy’s Garage Is Not Your Typical Celebrity Collection
Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias has enough automotive firepower to build the predictable celebrity garage, but predictable clearly isn’t the assignment. His Long Beach compound has housed a collection worth millions, dominated not by Ferraris or Lamborghinis but by vintage Volkswagens. Iglesias has jokingly called the place a “one-bedroom, 80-car garage,” and his beloved VW Buses are the real stars.

1968 Volkswagen Bay Window Bus
The sentimental centerpiece is a 1968 Volkswagen Bus resembling Iglesias’s first car. He has recalled getting his original as a teenager and dealing with broken gauges and other quirks. Years later, rebuilding that memory helped inspire an enormous collection. For someone who could chase exotic machinery, returning to the humble Bus says plenty about his priorities.
1956 Volkswagen Bus
Parked among Iglesias’s Volkswagens is a 1956 Bus, representing the earlier split-window design. During a GQ garage tour, Iglesias placed it alongside his 1968 Bay Window to demonstrate how the model evolved. The comparison also highlights why his collection is more interesting than simply owning dozens of identical vans: he has assembled examples spanning different eras and configurations.
The Iron Man Volkswagen Bus
Then there is the custom “Iron Man” Bus, which Iglesias described as what the Marvel hero might look like after being transformed into a Volkswagen. The lowered Bus features a distinctive color scheme, plenty of chrome and Porsche alloy wheels. It is hardly a museum-perfect restoration, but that is precisely the fun. Iglesias wanted personality, and he certainly got it.
1967 Volkswagen Camper
His 1967 Camper brings luxury touches to something originally designed for camping. Iglesias said the Bus was once white before receiving a classier color combination inspired by Bentley shades. It also features a bed, cabinets and curtains. Better still, Iglesias had it prepared with enough power for a potential trip into the mountains around Big Bear.

1959 23-Window Volkswagen Bus
One of the collection’s genuine showstoppers is a 1959 23-Window Bus. Iglesias told GQ that his restorer once arrived at his property driving it and ended up leaving without the vehicle because Iglesias bought it immediately. With its abundant glass and unmistakable silhouette, the 23-window version explains why vintage VW collectors can become obsessive very quickly.

1967 Split-Window Volkswagen Bus
Iglesias also displayed a 1967 Bus while explaining the differences between later and earlier examples. In 2022, he estimated that a 1967 in comparable condition could command roughly $100,000 to $150,000 at auction, dramatically more than many Bay Window versions. Suddenly, a garage packed with old Volkswagen vans starts looking considerably less humble.

1966 Volkswagen Samba
A particularly famous member of the fleet is Iglesias’s 1966 Volkswagen Samba, which appeared with him on Jay Leno’s Garage. Leno’s official channel described it as a pristine version of Iglesias’s first car. That appearance helped introduce a much wider audience to Fluffy’s collecting habit long before his Volkswagen obsession became one of his automotive trademarks.
1950 Volkswagen Beetle
The Buses may dominate, but Iglesias has also collected Beetles. Motorious reported that his collection included a documented 1950 Beetle imported by influential European-car dealer Max Hoffman and described by Iglesias as an especially rare example. In a room overflowing with colorful vans, an early Beetle might seem understated, yet historically it may be among the collection’s most fascinating vehicles.
1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z
Iglesias’s tastes took a wonderfully retro turn with a remarkably preserved 1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z. When it appeared with Jay Leno in 2026, the Camaro reportedly had only about 400 miles on its odometer and remained original. It is essentially a late-1980s time capsule, except this one can still rumble out of the garage.
1996 Chevrolet Impala SS
Before the IROC-Z, Iglesias also brought an extraordinarily low-mileage 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS to Leno’s attention, according to ClassicCars.com. The publication described it as having fewer than 1,000 miles. Apparently, Iglesias doesn’t merely collect nostalgia. Sometimes he finds examples that seem to have slipped through a portal directly from the showroom.

2015 Trans Am Bandit Edition
Few cars in the collection have more Hollywood swagger than Iglesias’s 2015 Camaro-based Trans Am Bandit Edition. Trans Am Depot built 77 examples of the Bandit tribute, and Burt Reynolds personally signed them. Iglesias owned car number 20, combining modern Camaro hardware with unmistakable black-and-gold Smokey and the Bandit attitude.
Dodge Challenger SRT8
In 2013, MotorTrend documented Iglesias’s Dodge Challenger SRT8 and noted that he rated it nine out of 10. Rather than focusing exclusively on raw performance, Iglesias praised something more practical: comfort. The Challenger was his getaway machine, a comparatively straightforward muscle car that offered the power he wanted without burying him beneath endless technology.
Chrysler 300 SRT8
His customized 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 was considerably louder in personality. Iglesias gave it a perfect 10 when speaking with MotorTrend. The car received exhaust modifications, tinted windows and, most memorably, Lamborghini-style doors. Putting exotic-car doors on a Chrysler 300 is gloriously unnecessary, which makes the modification fit this collection surprisingly well.
Ford Flex
One of Iglesias’s most charming automotive choices was a customized 2013 Ford Flex. MotorTrend reported that it served as his daily driver at the time and featured a “Fluffy” badge replacing the usual Flex identification. The interior, wheels and engine received customization too. It takes confidence to make a family crossover part of a celebrity car collection.

2005 Infiniti QX56
Iglesias also developed a strong attachment to a 2005 Infiniti QX56. He told MotorTrend that the SUV had undergone multiple paint jobs and interior changes and that he did not intend to get rid of it. Its importance was personal: he and his longtime partner had selected it together, giving an otherwise ordinary luxury SUV considerable sentimental weight.
Dodge Demon
By 2020, Iglesias confirmed during a Reddit AMA that his fleet had expanded into much fiercer territory. Asked about vehicles beyond his classic Volkswagens, he said he owned a Demon along with a Hellcat and Trackhawk. The Demon is about as far philosophically from a vintage VW Bus as possible, which perfectly illustrates the extremes of his automotive taste.
Dodge Hellcat
That same AMA confirmed a Hellcat in Iglesias’s collection, while Motorious has specifically reported a Charger Hellcat among his muscle cars. It makes sense beside the Demon: modern Mopar performance provides the speed that air-cooled Volkswagens famously do not. Iglesias has effectively built a garage where leisurely cruising and tire-smoking horsepower can coexist without argument.
Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk
Iglesias also named a Trackhawk among his “fun rides” in 2020. Jeep’s high-performance Grand Cherokee offered the sort of combination that seems tailored to his tastes: serious muscle wrapped inside a practical SUV shape. There is something fitting about a collector who appreciates roomy Ford Flexes and VW campers also making space for a brutally quick utility vehicle.

1994 Ford Mustang Cobra
Even in 2026, Iglesias was still revealing unexpected favorites. During an appearance on Ford CEO Jim Farley’s DRIVE podcast, the discussion highlighted several Fords close to Iglesias’s heart, including a 1994 Mustang Cobra, the Flex and an Excursion. That Mustang proves his nostalgia extends well beyond Volkswagens and into the performance cars of the 1990s.
The Volkswagen Buses Still Win
The surprise is not that Gabriel Iglesias owns fast cars. Plenty of successful entertainers do. What makes his garage memorable is that a $3-million-plus Volkswagen Bus collection can overshadow the muscle cars around it. Iglesias has described the Bus community as accessible compared with the world of Bugattis and McLarens. That attitude explains everything: his coolest cars are cool because he genuinely loves them.
